"This Is #mystudysystem That Always With You To Teach And Guide You The Best"

study smart tips

Now I am back again with smart study tips for your better study to achieve the good result. We all know the study is important for us but we don't know how to learn so let's start...........

Learn the same information in a variety of ways.

The research shows that different media stimulate different parts of the brain the more areas of the brain that are activated the more likely it is that you will understand and retain the information.

So to learn a specific topic, you could do the following:

  • Read the class notes

  •  Read the textbook

  • Lookup other online resources

  • Create a Mind Map

  • Teach someone what you have learned

  • Do practice problems from a variety of sources
Of course, you would not be able to do all of these things in one sitting. But each time you review the topic, use a different resource or methods - you will learn fast this way

Study multiple of subjects each day, rather than focusing on just one or two subjects.

It's more effective to study multiple subjects each day then to dip dye into one or two subjects

For example, if you are preparing for exam in math history Physics and Chemistry it's better to study a bit of each subject every day this approach will help you to learn faster than by focusing on just math on Monday history on Tuesday physics on Wednesday Chemistry on Thursday and so on

Why?

Because you are likely to confuse similar information if you study a lot of the same subject in one day

So to study smart, spread out your study time for each subject. In so doing, your brain will have more time to consolidate your learning

Take regular study breaks

This is always included in the most post because this is very important for good study. our mind is also a system which also wants rest so take regular breaks.

Taking regular study breaks and ensures overall productivity and improve focus

That's why it isn't a good idea to haul yourself up in your room for 6 hours straight to study for an exam. you might feel like you get a lot done this way, but the research proves otherwise. so takes  5 to 10-minute break for every 45 minutes of work.

I recommend that you use a timer or stopwatch to remind you when to take a break and when to get back to studying.

During your break refrain from using your phone or computer or laptop because these devices prevent Your Mind from fully relaxing.

I hope this post is very useful for your study so please comment if any problem occurs about study thank you, friends,
